The app does not start correctly. What should I do?
Try reinstalling the application. This should solve the issue in most cases. If it still does not work, contact support with your device details and a description of the issue.
My score or progress seems wrong.
Try resetting scores in Settings. There is an option to clear the app memory. If that does not help, contact support with more details about the score and what you think is wrong.
Questions feel too easy or too hard.
Try a different difficulty level. You can choose from Basic, Easy, Medium, and Hard.
How do I report a bug?
If you found a bug, contact support by email with screenshots and an exact description of the issue.
